1. Publisher and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the Partna website and of the web applicationPartna Content Studio, published by Julius Meto'o Ndongo under the trade name Partna, a company registered in Belgium under number 1001.086.718 (VAT BE1001086718).
By using these services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the services.
2. Purpose of the service
Partna Content Studio lets an authorised user connect their TikTok account, select and preview an original video, prepare its caption, choose the settings offered by TikTok and explicitly confirm publication on their own account.
The service can prepare content and metadata automatically, but no publication is started without the user's explicit authorisation and action.
3. TikTok account and permissions
The TikTok connection uses TikTok's official authorisation mechanism. You remain responsible for your account and can revoke Partna Content Studio's access from your TikTok settings.
Partna uses the granted permissions solely to identify the connected account, display the available publishing options and transmit the content you have confirmed.
4. Responsibility for content
You must hold all necessary rights over the videos, music, images, trademarks, texts and people appearing in the published content. You warrant that your use complies with the law, with third-party rights and with TikTok's rules.
Prohibited content includes in particular unlawful, misleading, defamatory, violent or discriminatory content, and content infringing privacy or intellectual property rights.
5. User control
Before each publication, the user can check the video, the caption, the target account, the visibility and the available interaction settings. TikTok may restrict some options depending on the account or the status of the integration.
A post that has already been sent must be managed or deleted directly from TikTok, depending on the features the platform offers.
6. Availability and third-party services
The service depends among others on TikTok and on hosting providers. Partna does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that TikTok will accept or distribute any content. The service may be modified, suspended or limited for technical, legal or security reasons.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. We do not sell user data.
8. Intellectual property
The website, the application, their interfaces, software and graphic elements are protected. No ownership right is transferred to the user. Rights over content imported or created for the user remain subject to the applicable agreements and to the rights of their holders.
9. Suspension and termination
Partna may suspend access in the event of abuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms or of the rules of a connected platform. You may stop using the service and revoke the TikTok permissions at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Partna is not liable for indirect damages, loss of audience, revenue or data resulting from the use of the service, from unavailability, or from a moderation decision taken by TikTok.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Brussels, subject to the applicable mandatory rules.
