AI for business: train your teams, automate and deploy agents

Artificial intelligence in business supports concrete work: understanding documents, drafting replies or completing steps in business tools. Partna supports SMEs in Brussels and Belgium with group AI training, automations and custom AI agents. The right starting point depends on your team's needs.

Training, automation or an AI agent: where should you start?

Train a team to use AI

Your staff need to write better, analyse documents or prepare their work. Group AI training provides a shared method, practice on business cases and common rules. The programme starts with participants' level and the tools they use.

Automate a process

The same information moves from email to a spreadsheet and then to the CRM. If the steps are stable, rules and connectors may be enough. We define the trigger, expected data, exceptions and the person responsible for monitoring before adding AI.

Automate administrative tasks

Deploy AI agents

Requests vary from one case to another and require actions in several tools. An AI agent can read the context, draft a response and suggest next steps. Its access is limited to what is needed; sending messages, amounts and sensitive decisions follow the agreed approval rules.

A method for turning an AI idea into a controlled use case

  1. 1.Choose a task and establish a baseline

Describe a specific situation: sorting an enquiry, finding a document, preparing a quote or drafting meeting notes. Record the volume, current turnaround time and review time. Putting AI everywhere provides neither a test scope nor a success criterion.

  2. 2.Check your data and tools

List the sources required, the people authorised to consult them and the applications that can be connected. Check the terms of use and privacy settings of the selected tools. Plan how to handle incomplete files, missing access and sensitive data.

  3. 3.Test with the people involved

A pilot should include routine cases and exceptions: a missing document, duplicate, incorrect address, ambiguous reply or unavailable application. The staff who use the result take part in testing. Initially, consequential actions can remain drafts until approved.

  4. 4.Train, measure and maintain

The team learns to use the system, check its output and take back control. Then compare turnaround time, quality and review time with the initial situation. Assign someone to manage alerts, usage costs, access and changes to connected applications.

Pilot example: an email enquiry is categorised, relevant information is extracted and a reply is drafted. A staff member checks the documents and approves sending. This illustrates how a system works; it is not a quantified customer result or a turnaround-time promise.

Questions about AI, agents and business training

Which AI should a business choose?

Start with the work to be done, authorised data and tools already available. A writing assistant, document search and an agent that acts in a CRM serve different needs. Compare options on your own examples, including errors, costs at actual volumes and maintenance capacity.

Is training needed before creating AI agents?

A team discovering AI often benefits from a workshop to understand its capabilities, limits and controls. If a process is already well defined and time-consuming, an automation pilot can begin in parallel. Training should then cover the actual system installed and each person's responsibilities.

Do you offer group AI training in Brussels?

Yes. Partna supports teams with training and workshops adapted to their professional use cases, in person in Brussels or remotely depending on the project. Level, roles, participant numbers, tools and deliverables are scoped before the proposal. See the training programme to prepare your enquiry.

Can AI replace all our software?

That is generally not a useful starting point. Your email, CRM or invoicing tool already holds your business data and rules. Support means using existing features, connecting what needs to be connected and adding an AI capability only where it improves the process being studied.

How do you assess the budget for an AI project?

Separate scoping, configuration or development, licences and usage, training and support. A low subscription price does not describe integration or review costs. Partna defines the scope and quote from the process, available access and level of support required.

Do you work only in Brussels?

Partna is based in Brussels and supports businesses in Belgium. On-site and remote arrangements are agreed according to the team and project. Group training, a process audit and technical integration may require different arrangements.
