The quote depends on participant numbers, selected modules and format. The base includes two four-hour sessions and one month of follow-up. In-company sessions start at four participants; licences, any travel and support arrangements are specified in the proposal.
Can you organise AI training for a group?
Yes. In-company training brings a team together around shared cases, from four participants. The suitable group size depends on experience levels and the time needed to support each exercise; it is agreed before training.
Does training take place in Brussels or remotely?
Partna is based in Brussels. Training can take place at your premises, in Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium, or remotely depending on the group. Location, dates, equipment and required access are confirmed in the programme.
Do participants need technical skills?
Document, email and everyday-use workshops do not require programming skills. Participants must be able to use the selected work tools. Claude Code and Codex modules are aimed at technical profiles; experience and required accounts are checked before the session.
How does AI training differ from deploying AI agents?
Training teaches the team to use tools, verify answers and follow a method. Deployment adds the connections, permissions, testing and maintenance of an operational system. A workshop can prepare for that project but does not automatically deliver a production system.
How are workshop documents protected?
Scoping defines authorised documents, accounts to use and information to remove. Anonymised examples can replace sensitive files. Participants also learn to verify answers and identify situations requiring approval.
