4 issues left unresolved for months
- Eighty successful projects and eleven Google reviews, including two bad ones.
- No one asks for advice because no one dares to ask.
- A negative review remains unanswered for three weeks.
- You don’t know if a customer is happy until they leave.
The demo
The opinion requested at the right time.
A neutral invitation for every client; complaints are handled separately, without filtering reviews.
Illustrative simulation using sample data. The figures, reviews and positions shown are not measured customer results.

The short answer
How to get more customer reviews without filtering any?
Choose a stage after a real experience and invite all relevant customers in the same way. Private feedback never determines access to the public review link. Track invitations, reviews received and complaints handled separately.
What we install
The complete infrastructure for your workflow.
Each step is built, connected to your tools and tested on your real cases before launch.
Step 1 / 4
The request for advice goes out at the right time
The request is sent after a real experience, at a stage defined for all relevant customers. It invites open feedback, without a required rating or a benefit conditional on a review.
Pilot monitoring
What to monitor during the pilot
reviews to read and replies to approve
Scope and indicator defined before the pilot.
review requests sent without filtering
Checked against authorised data and cases.
complaints and follow-up actions
Comparison with the starting point after launch.
Orders of magnitude observed on typical deployment scenarios, given to situate the extent of the change. These are not measured customer results: yours are quantified during the audit, on your data.
An example
An independent garage
A stellar local reputation and a mediocre online rating, built by a handful of irate customers. Satisfied customers never thought about writing.
Illustrative process example, without measured customer results.
Your safeguards
What stays under your control.
Giving a system access affects your data and processes. These are our default safeguards.
You stay in control
We start with approval for every action. Only what you explicitly authorise, case by case, runs on its own.
Your accounts stay yours
Accounts, domains and hosting remain in your name. You can disconnect whenever you choose.
Approvals before sensitive actions
Sensitive actions use drafts and approval queues instead of direct writes.
Questions
The questions we are asked
How can we avoid filtering reviews?
The same invitation and link are offered to all relevant customers according to a neutral rule. A negative response does not block access to the public review. Requests offer neither payment nor an expected rating.
Who responds to difficult reviews?
The response is prepared with the context of the file, but it only leaves after your validation. A one-star review is never published on autopilot.
It rarely resolves itself. In the same area:
We look at your case before promising anything.
A call to understand what is costing you the most today, and to tell you frankly if we are the right person to talk to.
