Partna Assistant is an AI productivity agent that can, with your explicit consent, access your Google services via OAuth 2.0. This section describes precisely how this data is used.
11.1. Google data accessible
- Gmail: reading, writing and sending emails at your request
- Google Calendar: consultation and creation of events
- Google Drive: access to files you create or open via the application
- Google Docs: reading and modifying documents
- Google Sheets: reading and editing spreadsheets

- Google data is processedonly upon your explicit request, in response to your instructions to the AI agent
- No automatic processing is carried out without your initiation
- The data is used exclusively to perform the requested task (e.g.: read an email, create an event)

- No Google data issold, shared or used for advertising purposes
- Google data is not used to train AI models
11.3. Google API Services Compliance
The use and transfer of information received from the Google APIs to any other application respects the Google API Services User Data Use Policy, including limited use requirements (Limited Use).

You can revoke Partna Assistant's access to your Google data at any time via https://myaccount.Google.com/permissions. The revocation is immediate and no residual data is retained.
